Setlists for Rehearsals, Gigs and Live Performance

Gig turns your scores into a running order you can prepare before the show, share with your band and play in Live Mode — with MIDI presets that follow every song.

A running order you can trust on stage

A setlist is the plan for the whole performance. In Gig it is an ordered list of your scores that you prepare before the show and play from top to bottom when it counts. Add scores, drag them into order and see at a glance what is playing now and what comes next.

Each setlist entry can also carry the sound for that song. Attach an Ampero preset, a Program Change, a CC, note or SysEx message, or a custom MIDI sequence, and Gig sends it when that song comes up in Live Mode. Songs that don't need a change can skip MIDI entirely, so the running order and your rig stay in step.

Before the show, Pre-flight shows how ready the set is: which scores are marked Performance Ready and which still need review. You can schedule the setlist for a rehearsal, performance, lesson or studio session, and pin, duplicate or archive setlists as your repertoire changes.

When it is time to play, open the setlist in Live Mode and move through the set in order with performance-focused page controls. With Band Sync, one musician leads and bandmates on the same local network follow the current song, page and Live Mode — no internet or account required. You can also export a setlist with all its PDFs as a .gigpageset bundle and share it via AirDrop, Mail or Files, and Apple Watch can show the current and next song on your wrist.

FAQ

Can Gig manage setlists for gigs and rehearsals?

Yes. Build an ordered setlist from your scores, schedule it for a rehearsal or performance, and play it in Live Mode.

Can each song in a setlist change my MIDI preset?

Yes. Each entry can send its own Ampero preset, Program Change, CC/Note/SysEx or custom sequence when that song comes up, or skip MIDI for that song.

Can I share a setlist with my band?

Yes. Band Sync lets bandmates on the same local network follow the current song and page, and a .gigpageset bundle shares the setlist with all its PDFs.
